Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 September 2026 · The English text of these Terms is the authoritative version; the Hebrew is a convenience translation.
1. Who we are; acceptance
67 Studio (“67”, “we”) operates the streaming service at 67.studio (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions: contact@67.studio.
2. The Service
The Service provides streaming access to narrated novels for registered users, in multiple languages. It is streaming only — no downloads are offered or permitted. It currently offers audio; video renditions of the same works may be added later under the same access model. The Service also includes free discovery features: narrated synopses, preview chapters, and synchronized radio channels that broadcast preview chapters.
3. Pre-release status (alpha / beta)
The Service is in a pre-release period (currently alpha; a beta may follow). Throughout any pre-release period, the Service — including its catalog, content, features, structure, pricing, and credit system — is a work in progress and may change at any time, without notice. In addition:
- features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice;
- while paid purchases are not yet enabled, no payment is collected from users;
- catalog content is provisional, and accounts, credit balances, unlocked novels, and other data may be reset before the commercial launch.
We provide pre-release access on a best-effort basis and may end or restart any pre-release period at any time.
4. Accounts
You register through our authentication provider and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One account per person; you must meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or violations of these Terms.
5. Credits
Credits are access rights used inside the Service. They are not money, a currency, a deposit, or a stored-value balance; they have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are personal and non-transferable. Credits can be obtained:
- by purchasing a credit bundle at the price and credit amount displayed in your wallet at the time of purchase (prices are shown in US dollars and may change prospectively); or
- as free credits we grant from time to time, limited in amount and subject to a cooldown period shown in the wallet.
6. Unlocking novels; access period
Each novel displays its own price in credits (which may be a fraction). Spending that amount unlocks the whole novel — every chapter, in every language edition offered — for a fixed streaming access period shown at the moment of unlocking (currently 30 days). When that period ends, access lapses and the novel can be unlocked again at its then-current credit price; the period applying to a given unlock is the one in effect when it was made. Unlocked access is personal, non-transferable, and remains subject to these Terms; it is a license to stream, not a purchase of the work or a copy of it.
7. Payments and refunds
When paid purchases are enabled, they are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record and handles billing, applicable taxes, invoices, and receipts; its terms apply to your purchase alongside ours. Refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy in accordance with its policy and applicable law. Where you have a statutory withdrawal right for digital content (for example in the EU/UK), you consent to immediate performance when you spend credits and acknowledge that the withdrawal right lapses to the extent the content has been supplied. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the credits it granted (and anything unlocked with them) may be removed.
8. Your submissions
You may submit star ratings and written feedback. Ratings may be shown publicly in aggregate (for example, a novel's average rating); written feedback is private to the 67 team. You keep your rights in what you submit and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use it to operate, improve, and promote the Service. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content; we may remove submissions and act on feedback at our discretion.
9. Content and intellectual property
The works are created by their human authors. Parts of the Service's content — including editing, narration, translations, and future video renditions — may be produced or assisted by AI tools under human supervision.
All content on the Service — novels, narrations, translations, artwork, and the Service itself — is owned by 67 and/or the respective creators and is protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not download, copy, record, extract, redistribute, publicly perform, or make derivative works from any content.
10. Acceptable use
You may not: scrape or bulk-download from the Service; capture or re-serve media streams or signed media URLs; circumvent streaming or access protections; probe or overload the Service (we apply rate limits); reverse-engineer the Service except where the law permits; share your account; or access the Service by any automated or unauthorized means.
11. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may, at any time and without notice:
- add novels to the catalog or remove novels from it;
- change the content of any work itself — edit, revise, re-translate, re-narrate, re-order, or replace its text, audio, chapters, covers, or metadata, in any language edition;
- change the structure, design, features, and functionality of the apps and the Service;
- change prices, credit bundles, credit amounts, the free grant, and the access period — prospectively (rights already purchased keep the terms shown when they were purchased);
- suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part.
If a novel you unlocked is removed or materially changed during your access period and you believe something is owed to you, contact us at the address in clause 17 — we will, at our choice, restore comparable access, credit you back, or refund the relevant amount. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for catalog and content changes.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any claim arising from or related to the Service is to contact us at the address in clause 17; if something is owed to you, we will refund or credit it, up to the amounts you actually paid us. Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim — and if you have paid nothing, to zero. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms; in that case unexpired access and remaining credits may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. Clauses which by their nature should survive (including 8, 9, 12, 15, and 16) survive termination.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time as the Service evolves, without individual notice — the version posted on this page, with the “last updated” date above, is the one in force. Please check back from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the Service. Where the law of your country requires notice for a material change, that law prevails.
15. Disputes — talk to us first; individual claims
Before starting any legal proceeding against us, you agree to first contact us at the address in clause 17, describe the issue, and give us thirty (30) days to resolve it. We answer, and where something is owed we refund or credit it — most issues end there.
To the maximum extent permitted by the law that applies to you, any claim is brought and resolved on an individual basis only— not as a plaintiff or member of a class, representative, or collective proceeding — and the parties may agree to resolve a dispute by binding individual arbitration instead of court. Where the law of your country grants you a non-waivable right to bring or join such a proceeding, this clause does not take it away.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel — except where the law of your country of residence grants you mandatory consumer protections or venue.
